أثاريق

Intelligent trace. Live coordination.

The truck is already connected. The operation around it is not. ATHARIQ is the coordination layer between driver, vehicle, supervisor, customer and the systems already in place.

Sector
Logistics & Transportation
Category
Live Road Transport Coordination Platform
Primary buyer
Transport or fleet operations director
Entry wedge
One operator, one region, 20–50 vehicles on repeat routes. Every trip visible end to end before any deep enterprise integration.
Product blueprint

Product architecture and MVP scope defined. Seeking Saudi transport design partners.

Stage 2 of 6: Product blueprint

A driver report becomes an operational event.

Simulate a driver update on a live Dammam trip and watch it attach itself to the trip, raise an exception and reach the customer.

Product concept — problem and MVP scope

The vehicle is tracked. The operation is not.

The driver reports a problem by phone, a supervisor retypes it, the customer finds out last, and the resolution is never recorded anywhere a system can learn from.

Fragmented communication
Critical updates are spread across calls, chat and disconnected tools.
Location without context
A dot on a map does not explain why a delivery is late or what to do next.
Customer transparency gap
The customer asks for status the operator cannot answer without phoning the driver.
Slow exception response
Issues are detected late and resolved later, after they have become failures.
System silos
ERP, TMS, GPS, fuel and IoT data never meet on one trip record.

The wedge

One operator, one region, 20–50 vehicles on repeat routes. Every trip visible end to end before any deep enterprise integration.

What it is, and what is actually in the first release.

ATHARIQ Driver
Assigned trips, navigation, push-to-talk, quick status, SOS.
ATHARIQ Control
Live map, delay alerts, geofence events, driver requests, incident flow.
ATHARIQ Live
Customer-facing tracking, milestone timeline and proof of delivery.
ATHARIQ Intelligence
Operational analytics, lane performance and delay patterns.
ATHARIQ Connect
ERP, TMS, GPS, fuel and IoT integrations.

In the MVP

  • Live trip timeline

Assign, dispatch, arrive, load, transit, deliver, close — one record per trip.

  • Driver application

Trips, navigation, push-to-talk and status in Arabic or English.

  • Control room visibility

Live map, geofencing, ETA and alerting.

  • Voice to event

Spoken driver reports converted into structured, routed operational events.

  • Customer tracking link

Shareable live status and proof of delivery.

Planned, not built

  • Enterprise integrationsNext

ERP, TMS, telematics and fuel systems.

  • Operational intelligenceRoadmap

Delay prediction and lane performance on the trip graph.

Who it is for.

Transport or fleet operations director
Primary users
Drivers, dispatchers and control-room supervisors
Economic buyer
COO or GM of a Saudi transport, distribution or industrial logistics operator

Built for Saudi road freight

Long inter-city corridors, industrial zones and ports, controlled-access sites, multilingual driver populations and large enterprise fleets. The conditions that make coordination hard are the conditions ATHARIQ is designed around.

The opportunity, with the arithmetic visible.

Published statistics and our own models are labelled differently, on purpose.

Illustrative market model

Planning model

In development

Saudi market model

Operator count × platform value per vehicle. To be built from Saudi transport registration data — no validated model exists in current source material.

We have not published a TAM for ATHARIQ. The available material contains no validated Saudi transport sizing, and a number we cannot defend in a diligence conversation is worth less than an honest gap.

How it earns.

Core
Per active vehicle, covering driver, control and customer surfaces.
Enterprise
Platform plus integrations into the operator's existing estate.
Intelligence
Premium analytics and operational AI.

ATHARIQ pricing has not been set. The structure above describes how the product is intended to be sold, not an approved price list.

Economics — No unit economics are published for ATHARIQ. There is no operating history to base them on, and modelled figures without a pilot behind them would not survive diligence.

The trip graph, not the microphone

Voice capture is the fastest way in, but it is not the defensible asset. The asset is the accumulated record of trips, exceptions, causes and resolutions across an operator's real network — which only exists after the workflow has been used every day.

  • Workflow lock-in: dispatch and driver execution run inside ATHARIQ
  • Integration depth across ERP, TMS, GPS and fuel systems
  • Customer transparency the operator's own clients come to expect
  • Regional fit for Saudi and GCC road freight
  • Designed to compound: every trip adds to the operational record

Trust architecture

  • Driver and customer visibility boundaries enforced by role
  • Operational data separated per operator tenant
  • Audit trail on every incident, action and status change
  • Arabic-first driver experience, not a translated afterthought

These describe how the product is designed. They are not certifications held.

Independent company. Shared advantage.

ATHARIQ inherits the Yalla Digital foundation — product, engineering, AI and data, integrations, cloud, security and Saudi commercial strategy — rather than rebuilding it.
